Dutch Team back on the field

WHITEHORSE, Yukon (Canada) -
On Wednesday, the Dutch National Softball Team returned to the field, as it held a practice in the morning under a clouded sky.
After practice, the team returned to the hotel, then visited Takhini Hot Springs in the afternoon to have a last relaxing moment before the start of the World Championship.
On Thursday, the Technical Meeting of the event will take place.
There, the tournament details will be talked through by coaches and game officials.
In the meantime, Dutch umpire Rob Veldkamp also has arrived in Whitehorse.
On Thursday-evening, the Dutch Team plays a final exhibition game, meeting the squad of Chinese Taipei.
On Friday-evening, the Orange opens the World Championship against China, starting at 7:30 PM local time (4:30 AM Dutch time Saturday-morning).
Before the start of the game, the Opening Ceremony takes place at 6:00 PM local (3:00 AM Dutch time).
All 66 games from the ISF XIII Women’s World Championship will be webstreamed.

The games will be streamed live and there is no fee involved for viewers.
Games will be recorded and archived for on-demand viewing as well.
Starting July 13, the games can be viewed on www.sportscanada.tv and viewers will be able to interact through a Twitter feed embedded next to the video player.
