2011 --- On January 22, Nadine is one of three players named for the Most Valuable Player Award for the 2010 big league season, but it is veteran player Kim Kluijskens who wins the trophy --- In March, Nadine participates with the Dutch National Team in the American Tour to Florida and Tennessee --- On March 10, Nadine is 2-for-3 and hits a solo-homerun, scores a run and has two RBI's in the game vs. Central Connecticut State University --- In June, Nadine participates with the Dutch National Team in the Torneo 150 Anni Unitá d'Italia in Bollate (Italy) and therefore is a member of the team when it plays the 100th game in history against Italy on June 2 --- In this game vs. Italy, Nadine is 2-for-3 with one RBI --- On July 3, in the first game of a double-header (which was part of the Holland Tour) against the National Team of Argentina, Nadine scores one of the team's 15 runs --- On July 13, Nadine is one of the four players who are cut from the final roster of the Dutch National Softball Team for this years European Championship in Italy, but she remains on the list as an alternate --- In August, Nadine wins the European Cup-tournament in Caserta (Italy) with Tex Town Tigers --- In September, Nadine is cut from the National Team-roster --- In the regular season, Nadine hits .243, scores 15 runs, has 18 basehits and nine RBI's --- In the Additional Round, that follows the regular season, Nadine lead Tex Town Tigers with a .500 average.
2010 --- In January, Nadine participates with the National squad (playing for Team Orange) in the International Indoor Cup in Schiedam (Netherlands) with her team winning first place --- On January 18, Nadine is one of 21 players named to the preliminary roster for this years World Championships --- On May 26, Nadine is one of 16 players who is named to the final roster for the World Championship in Venezuela --- On June 27, Nadine plays in her 25th official international game for the Dutch National Softball Team and today plays at first base vs. South Africa during the World Championship in Venezuela, this game also is the 500th international game for the Dutch squad --- In August, Nadine participates in the European Cup Tournament in Haarlem (Netherlands) with Tex Town Tigers, which for the first time in history captures this Cup --- In the regular season, Nadine is the second best hitter of Tex Town Tigers with a .407 average, leads with 37 basehits and shares the lead with 19 runs scored, while having 11 RBI's in 32 games --- On October 31, Nadine is one of 24 players to be named to the preliminary roster of the Dutch National Softball Team for the 2011 season.
2009 --- On May 3, Nadine makes her debut in the Dutch National Softball Team in the opening game of the Holland Tour vs. Euro Stars. Nadine singles in her first at bat, goes 3-for-4 and scores one run, then is 1-for-3 in the second game --- On May 10, Nadine reaches base three times, singles, scores twice and has one RBI in the second game vs. Centrals --- On May 17, Nadine is 2-for-3, including a double, scores twice and has three RBI's in the second game vs. Gryphons --- Nadine is 2-for-4, including an RBI-triple and scores twice in the second game vs. Twins --- On May 27, Nadine is one of the 17 players who is named to the final roster for the Dutch National Team to participate in this years international events --- Nadine hits a 2-run triple in the opener vs. Robur '58 on May 31 --- On June 3, Nadine hits another RBI-triple and scores twice in the second game vs. the Dutch Juniors --- On June 17, Nadine is 3-for-4, including two doubles, scores three runs and has an RBI in the double-header vs. Kansas Express USA --- On June 19, Nadine makes her international debut in the game against Great Britain and is 3-for-3, scores three runs and has one RBI --- On July 25, Nadine is 1-for-1 and scores a run in an exhibition game vs. Great Britain prior the European Championships in Valencia --- On July 31, Nadine is 2-for-2 in the come-from-behind victory vs. the Czech Republic during the European Championships --- On August 1, Nadine is a member of the Dutch Team which brings the European title back to the Netherlands for the first time in 19 years --- Two weeks later, Nadine participates with Tex Town Tigers in the European Cup Tournament in Legnano (Italy), which is her first EC-event --- In the regular season, Nadine hits .353 with 36 basehits (third best of her team), scores 15 runs and has 13 runs batted in --- Nadine again reaches the Holland Series with Tex Town Tigers, which wins its second consecutive Dutch championship title.
2008 --- This year, playing in her fourth big league-season with Tex Town Tigers, Nadine has a career-high with 14 runs batted in. After reaching the play-offs last year, Tex Town Tigers this season also clinch the Holland Series and becomes the first team in history from the east of the country to win the Dutch championship title --- On December 11, Nadine is one of 28 players being named to the preliminary roster of the Dutch National Team for 2009 and is invited to start practice in January.
2007 --- In her third big league-season, Nadine finishes with a career-high batting average of .340, hits 35 basehits, scores 17 runs and gets credited with 13 runs batted in. Tex Town Tigers reaches the play-offs, but is then eliminated.
2006 --- This year, Nadine makes her international debut, as she is a member of the Dutch National Junior Team, which captures the European title in Italy --- In the regular season, she scores twelve runs for Tex Town Tigers and hits her first big league-homerun.
2005 --- Playing for Tex Town Tigers, Nadine makes her debut in the Dutch big league, appearing in 34 games and registering 13 basehits.
2003 --- Nadine gets her first international experiences when she represents Europe with the WindMills, an All Star Team from the Enschede-region, in the Senior League World Series in Kentucky (USA), which are held annually by the Little League Organization.
2002 --- In a non-softball event, Nadine participates with her father in the alternative 11-cities skating tour at the Weissensee in Austria. She rides part of it again in 2004.
NADINE is the daughter of Peter and Francoise Marinus and she has three brothers, Nico, Jesse and Luuk, who all play soccer.
