2010 --- In August, Jolanda comes out of retirement and appears in four games of Sparks Haarlem during the ranking round of the Dutch big league, then also plays during the Play-Offs and Holland Series in which Sparks captures the Dutch championship.
2009 --- In August, Jolanda participates with Sparks Haarlem in the CupWinners Cup Tournament in Parma (Italy), which is her eleventh European Cup-event --- In the regular season, Jolanda hits .409 (second best in her team), scores 21 runs and has 20 runs batted in --- After completion of the season, Jolanda announced her retirement.
2008 --- Hits a 3-run homerun and scores twice on February 16 vs. St. Mary's College in the opening game of the first American Tour by the Dutch National Team, which is part of the preparations for the Olympic Games in Beijing --- On February 22, she has two RBI's in the game vs. Providence College --- On March 5, Jolanda hits a grand slam homerun to seal a come-from-behind victory in the game vs. Point Loma Nazarene University --- On March 8, she hits her third homerun of the trip in the game vs. Eastern Kentucky University during the Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament in Honolulu --- In the second and third game, Jolanda singles in a run vs. Philadelphia Force, the first opponent during the second American Tour --- On June 14, Jolanda singles and doubles and has one RBI in a 3-0 win in the fourth game vs. Rockford Thunder --- Five days later, after the team moved to Ohio, Jolanda hits a 3-run homerun in the second game vs. Akron Racers --- In the second game of the Holland Tour, the first against the Holland All Stars, Jolanda doubles in a run and goes 2-for-3 on July 6 --- A week later, she finishes the Holland Series by going 2-for-3 in the third game, including a double, and has two RBI's in a 4-0 shutout-win vs. the Holland All Stars on July 13 --- The next day, she is named to the roster for the Olympic Games in Beijing --- On August 2, she singles, then scores the winning run vs. Tohoku Fukushi University in an exhibition game during the Japan Tour --- On August 12, Jolanda plays in her first Olympic game and she hits 1-for-3 in the opener vs. China --- On August 18, she singles and scores the first run in a 4-2 victory vs. Chinese Taipei in the final game of the Olympics --- In the regular season, Jolanda hits .307, scores 16 runs and leads her team with 21 RBI's (fourth in the league). With her team, Sparks Haarlem, she participates in the CupWinners Cup-tournament in Italy.
2007 --- On May 28, Jolanda is 2-for-2, scores a run and has three RBI's in the 15-0 win against Greece during the European Championships in Amsterdam (Netherlands) --- On May 31, she is 2-for-3 in a 3-0 shutout-win against Great Britain --- On June 9, in the opening game of the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Italy, Jolanda is 3-for-3, scores a run and has four RBI's against Slovakia --- On June 14, in the 8-2 victory against Greece, Jolanda is 3-for-4, scores a run and has one RBI --- Two days later, with the score tied 6-6, Jolanda clears the bases with a towering 3-run triple to give the Dutch a 9-6 win vs. Czech Republic and reach the Qualifying-final in which she scores the first run of a 3-2 victory en route to the Olympics in Beijing --- In the regular season, she hits .336, scores 15 runs, has 38 hits and shares the team-lead with 22 RBI's with Noémi Boekel.
2006 --- In her tenth big league-season, Jolanda hits a career high .419, scores 20 runs, has 29 RBI's and 3 homeruns.
2005 --- With Sparks Haarlem, Jolanda hits .317 and has 25 RBI's.
2004 --- In the regular season, Jolanda remains a hot hitter, finishing with a .365 average, 20 runs and 19 RBI's --- Sparks Haarlem again captures the European Cup, this time in Viladecans (Spain).
2003 --- Jolanda has another productive season with Sparks Haarlem, as he hits .372, scores 17 runs, has 22 RBI's and hits four homeruns --- With Sparks, Jolanda wins the European Cup in Forlì (Italy).
2002 --- With Sparks Haarlem, Jolanda hits .333, has 23 RBI's and scores 17 runs.
2001 --- In her first year with the Dutch National Team, after completion of the European Championships, Jolanda is named MVP of the event --- In Ronchi Dei Legionari (Italy), Jolanda and Sparks win the CupWinners Cup.
2000 --- Playing on the CupWinners Cup in Prague (Czech Republic), Jolanda and Sparks finish in fourth place.
1999 --- In the regular season, Jolanda hits above .300 for the first time, finishing with a .309 average.
1998 --- This season, Jolanda hits .190, but again scores eleven runs.
1997 --- Playing for Sparks, Jolanda makes her debut in the Dutch Major League, hitting .221 and scoring 11 runs --- This year, she plays in her first of nine European Cup Tournaments. In Haarlem (Netherlands), her team finishes in third place.
JOLANDA is the daughter of Henk and Nel Kroesen.
