AMSTERDAM (Neth.) - The official website of the Dutch National Women Softball Team has been given a major update again with all the latest news and developments of the last two months.
As you have seen when you entered the site, it has been expanded with coverage of the Dutch National Junior Team.
With the update, more than 780 items of the recent activities have been added to make the site ready for 2010.
Included herein are 551 new photos and the addition or changes to 221 different pages on this site (including 129 new pages).
The coverage of all the activities of the Dutch National Softball Team since it got back into action in the beginning of November is now available for everyone.
In November, the team started preparations for the international season 2010, which includes the World Championships in Venezuela.
Amongst the updates is not only the current roster, but also pages of new players, additions to current or former player pages, the 2010 schedule, additions to the pages regarding the relations of the team with the media and the public and much more.
As mentioned, new on this site is the coverage of the Dutch Junior Softball Team, which prepares itself as reigning champion for the European Championships, to be played in July in Austrian capital Vienna, but also prepares for the World Championships of 2011, to be played in South Africa.
The Junior Team will be covered the same way as the National Team, so it includes the current teamroster, but also individual player pages, a schedule and history pages.
Throughout the year, more information will be added.
From now on, all pages that cover the activities of the Dutch National Softball Team will be available in both the Dutch and English language.
The pages that cover the Junior Team will be in the Dutch language.
From now on, the site will get an update again immediately after completion of an activity, like you have been accustomed to the last two years.
From both the National Team, as well as the Junior Team.
Of course, all information of the previous two years (2008 and 2009) remain available on this site.
