Try-out Cadets in May

On Wednesday, May 5, the Royal Dutch Baseball and Softball Association (KNBSB) organizes the first try-out day for players born in 1995 and 1996.
During this day, a first selection will be made to be followed by a second try-out day in September.
The try-out session on May 5 will take place at Sportpark 'Galecopperzoom', the site of Nieuwegein Diamonds in Nieuwegein.
The players of the Dutch National Softball Team will assist during this day as instructors.
The try-out starts at 11:00 AM.
After completion of the second try-out, the preliminary roster for the Dutch National Cadets Team will be compiled. Starting the Winter of 2010, this team will then start preparations for the European Championship 2011, to be held in Deurne (Belgium).
