European Champion meets World Champion during Showcase

NIEUWEGEIN (Netherlands) -
The Dutch National Softball Team will meet the Dutch National Baseball Team in a softball game on Sunday, February 26 on Day 2 of the second National Team Showcase at the Sporthallen Zuid in Amsterdam.
Last year, the first National Softball Team Showcase was staged in Amsterdam.
This year, the second Showcase will be combined with baseball.
The schedule for Day 2 of the event has now been announced.
The warming-up for the game between the softball and the baseball-team starts at 1:45 PM.
After the infield/outfield-pre game activities, the starting line-ups will be announced at 2:20 PM.
The game will then start at 2:45 PM and afterwards will be followed by a Meet-and-Greet with the players.
The game follows a series of clinics, which will be held from 10:45 AM (registration starts at 10:00 AM) through 12:30 PM.
The clinic-session will be concluded by a brief game from 12:45 - 1:15 PM, preceeding the warming-up for the major game in the afternoon between the reigning World baseball champion and the reigning European softball champion.
The National Team Showcase will be open for everyone, players, coaches, family, officials, press, etc.
This will be a moment to meet your favorite players, ask for autographs or to go on a photo with your favorite.
