2008 --- Hits a 3-run homerun and scores twice on February 16 vs. St. Mary's College in the opening game of the first American Tour by the Dutch National Team, which is part of the preparations for the Olympic Games in Beijing --- On February 22, she has two RBI's in the game vs. Providence College --- On March 5, Jolanda hits a grand slam homerun to seal a come-from-behind victory in the game vs. Point Loma Nazarene University --- On March 8, she hits her third homerun of the trip in the game vs. Eastern Kentucky University during the Malihini Kipa Aloha Tournament in Honolulu.
2007 --- On May 28, Jolanda is 2-for-2, scores a run and has three RBI's in the 15-0 win against Greece during the European Championships in Amsterdam (Netherlands) --- On May 31, she is 2-for-3 in a 3-0 shutout-win against Great Britain --- On June 9, in the opening game of the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Italy, Jolanda is 3-for-3, scores a run and has four RBI's against Slovakia --- On June 14, in the 8-2 victory against Greece, Jolanda is 3-for-4, scores a run and has one RBI --- Two days later, with the score tied 6-6, Jolanda clears the bases with a towering 3-run triple to give the Dutch a 9-6 win vs. Czech Republic and reach the Qualifying-final in which she scores the first run of a 3-2 victory en route to the Olympics in Beijing --- In the regular season, she hits .336, scores 15 runs, has 38 hits and shares the team-lead with 22 RBI's with Noémi Boekel.
2006 --- In her tenth big league-season, Jolanda hits a career high .419, scores 20 runs, has 29 RBI's and 3 homeruns.
2005 --- With Sparks Haarlem, Jolanda hits .317 and has 25 RBI's.
2004 --- In the regular season, Jolanda remains a hot hitter, finishing with a .365 average, 20 runs and 19 RBI's --- Sparks Haarlem again captures the European Cup, this time in Viladecans (Spain).
2003 --- Jolanda has another productive season with Sparks Haarlem, as he hits .372, scores 17 runs, has 22 RBI's and hits four homeruns --- With Sparks, Jolanda wins the European Cup in Forlì (Italy).
2002 --- With Sparks Haarlem, Jolanda hits .333, has 23 RBI's and scores 17 runs.
2001 --- In her first year with the Dutch National Team, after completion of the European Championships, Jolanda is named MVP of the event --- In Ronchi Dei Legionari (Italy), Jolanda and Sparks win the CupWinners Cup.
2000 --- Playing on the CupWinners Cup in Prague (Czech Republic), Jolanda and Sparks finish in fourth place.
1999 --- In the regular season, Jolanda hits above .300 for the first time, finishing with a .309 average.
1998 --- This season, Jolanda hits .190, but again scores eleven runs.
1997 --- Playing for Sparks, Jolanda makes her debut in the Dutch Major League, hitting .221 and scoring 11 runs --- This year, she plays in her first of nine European Cup Tournaments. In Haarlem (Netherlands), her team finishes in third place.
Family
JOLANDA is the daughter of Henk and Nel Kroesen. Jolanda has a relation with Blake Hoorelbeke, who also plays for Sparks Haarlem
