Player Favorites win Golden Globes; other nominated

BEVERLY HILLS, California (USA) - Actresses Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep, who are listed as Favorite Actress on their personal bio-page by several current and former Dutch National Softball Team/Junior Softball Team-players or staffmembers, on Sunday, January 17 won a Golden Globe.
Six other favorite actors/actresses of the Dutch Teams were nominated.
Sandra Bullock, who was nominated for two Golden Globes, won the annual award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture-Drama for her role in The Blind Side.
Sandra Bullock was also nominated for her role in The Proposal in the category Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture-Musical or Comedy.
That award was won by Meryl Streep, who was nominated twice in this category.
She won the Globe for her part in Julie & Julia.
