44 players, four teams, 18 games; live play-by-play

During the practice session of the Dutch Junior White Team on Sunday, February 6, Head Coach Marjan Smit announced the rosters for the four teams who will participate coming weekend (February 12-13) in the second Right To Play Future Stars Softball Tournament in Amsterdam.
Each team will be comprised of 11 players.
The four Dutch teams will play 18 of the 21 games, who are scheduled to be play over the weekend.
The remaining three games will be played between the three foreign teams, who participate in the event.
As was announced earlier, two teams are coming from the Czech Republic and one from Great Britain.
Besides the team-rosters, the four Head Coaches for the teams of the Junior White-group also were announced.
Mireille Gill'ard, the Head Coach of the Dutch Juniors Red, is the coach of Team Orange, while Nathalie Franssen (the Assistant Coach of the Juniors Red) will coach Team Red.
Mary-Ann Hatt, who recently was added to the coachingstaff of the Juniors White, will lead Team Blue on Saturday, while former National Team-player Lynn Geertman will be a guest-coach and will be in charge of Team Blue on Sunday.
Another guest-coach is Berend Mannessen, who this season is the Head Coach of First Divisionist UVV and in 2009 was named Coach of the Year after leading DSS to promotion to the Dutch big league.
Coming weekend, Berend will be the coach of Team White.
The games will be officiated by umpires and official scorers, who are all active in the Dutch big league and First Division, including several with international experience.
Francine Grotenhoff, Gerrit-Jan van der Hoeven, Albert Jung, Martin Lemstra, Arie Nokkert, Louis Rohan, Carolien Stadhouders (Plate Umpire Final World Championship Softbal 2010), Rick Tuk and Jos Welboren are the umpires, Ben Goorts, Olga Lablans and Stefan Slinger are the official scorers.
The Umpire-in-Chief is Bert Loggen, the Scorer-in-Chief is Marco Stoovelaar.
Hans Jansen of baseball big leaguer L&D Amsterdam Pirates will be the game announcer.
Junior Red-pitchers Femke Duffhues, Svenja de Lincel, Deion van der Voort and Marit van Vulpen are added as guestplayers (two on Saturday, two on Sunday) to the roster of the British squad.
All players of the Dutch National Softball Team will be on hand during the games and will have a supporting role, varying from selling raffle-tickets to acting as an assistant coach.
All 21 games can be followed through a live play-by-play on the internet!
During the 2-day event, like last year, a raffle will be held with several drawings per day.
The main prize will be announced after completion of the last game on Sunday.
The admission fee is 3 Euro a day.

Clubs who order 10 or more tickets become available to win a clinic by players of the Dutch National Softball Team.
Last year, this prize was won by Roef! in Moergestel.
Tickets will be ready at the information desk in Sporthallen Zuid in Amsterdam.
