2011 --- On January 7, Anne and her twin-sister Maaike fly to the USA to start their first season at Central Arizona College ---
In March, Anne participates with the Dutch National Team in part of the American Tour to Florida and Tennessee ---
On May 12, Anne returns from the USA, where she had studied and played the past months with her sister ---
Three days later, on May 15, Anne is 3-for-3, scores twice and has one RBI in the opening game of the Holland Tour against Holland All Stars at De Bilt and then is 1-for-1 with two walks, scores three runs and has one RBI in the second game of the double-header ---
In June, Anne participates with the Dutch National Team in the Torneo 150 Anni Unitá d'Italia in Bollate (Italy) and therefore is a member of the team when it plays the 100th game in history against Italy on June 2 ---
On July 3, in the first game of a double-header (which was part of the Holland Tour) against the National Team of Argentina, Anne draws a pinch-hit walk and scores ---
In the second game vs. Argentina, Anne is 1-for-2 with a walk and scores three runs ---
On July 13, Anne is one of the 17 players named to the roster of the Dutch National Softball Team for this years European Championship in Italy ---
On July 31, Anne singles and scores as pinch-hitter vs. Ukraine in the opening game of the European Championship in Italy ---

2010 --- In January, Anne participates with the National squad (playing for Team White) in the International Indoor Cup in Schiedam (Netherlands) with her team finishing in third place ---
On January 18, Anne is one of 21 players named to the preliminary roster for this years World Championships ---
On May 26, Anne is one of 16 players who is named to the final roster for the World Championship in Venezuela ---
In August, Anne participates in the European Cup Tournament in Haarlem (Netherlands) as a pick-up player of Tex Town Tigers, which for the first time in history captures this Cup ---
In the regular season, Anne scores a team-leading 22 runs in 32 games and finishes with a .288 batting average. This is the third best of her team Centrals, which reaches the play-offs for the first time in clubhistory ---
After completion of the season, Anne and her sister Maaike decide to transfer to Alcmaria Victrix for the 2011 season ---
On October 31, Anne is one of 24 players named to the preliminary roster of the Dutch National Softball Team for the 2011 season.
2009 --- On January 17, Anne is added to the preliminary roster of the Dutch National Team and is invited to participate in the indoor-practices ---
On May 3, Anne makes her debut in the Dutch National Softbal Team in the opening game of the Holland Tour vs. Euro Stars and contributes with two sacrifice bunts ---
On May 6, Anne reaches base three times in the second game against the Dutch Juniors, scores twice and has one RBI ---

On May 27, Anne is one of the 17 players who is named to the final roster for the Dutch National Team to participate in this years international events ---

On June 19, Anne makes her international debut in the game against Great Britain and is 2-for-2 with a double and scores twice ---

On September 2, Anne, Petra van Heijst, Saskia Kosterink and Rebecca Soumeru, accompanied by Head Coach Craig Montvidas and Media Officer Marco Stoovelaar, travel to Papendal to participate in the final of a fundraising for Right To Play ---
In the regular season, her first with Centrals, Anne leads the team with a .384 batting average, 38 basehits, 19 runs, 5 doubles and 12 stolen bases.
2008 --- In the regular season, Anne hits .261, playing for Sparks Haarlem ---
After the season ends, Anne decides to play in the 2009 season for Centrals, where her twin-sister Maaike also plays.
2007 --- Anne again plays for the Dutch Junior Team, which this year qualifies for the first time in history for the play-offs during the World Championships Juniors, which is held in Enschede (The Netherlands) ---
In her first full season in the Dutch big league, Anne plays in 31 games for Sparks Haarlem, hits her first big league-homerun and is second-best in the team with 26 runs scored, trailing only Kim Kluijskens, who scores 31. Anne finishes the season with a .338 batting average.
2006 --- This year, Anne spends five weeks in the USA with her twin-sister Maaike, playing as a catcher and at third base for the Road Runners, a so-called Travel Ball softball-team from Ohio. The team participates in tournaments in Ohio and New York State and finishes with a 37-7 record ---
After returning home, Anne (who didn't play in the big league in 2004 and 2005), plays in her first games for Sparks Haarlem, appearing in 13 games in which she scores seven runs and bats .600 (3-for-5) ---
As Anne decided to go to the USA this summer, she wasn't part of the Dutch National Junior Team this year.
2005 --- Anne is selected for the first time in the Dutch Junior Team, with whom she travels to Curaçao to participate in the Kingdom Games, the bi-annual sports event for young athletes from the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
2003 --- Playing for HCAW, Anne makes her debut in the Dutch big league, appearing in seven games in which she registers her first basehit on the highest level.
2001 --- While playing for the West Nederland Little League-team, Anne gains her first international experiences. The team wins the European Region Tournament and qualifies for the Little League World Series in the USA.

| ANNE is the daughter of Hans and Rineke Blaauwgeers and has one brother, Mark, and a twin-sister Maaike.
Maaike also plays softball in the Dutch big league. After making her debut with HCAW (2003), she played for Sparks Haarlem (2006) and Centrals (2008-2010) and currently for Alcmaria Victrix. She also played in the Dutch National Junior Team. In October 2009, Maaike is invited for the preliminary roster for the Dutch National Softball Team and was an Alternate in 2010.
